While at Tufts, Jeff Brown was a four year captain and led the EMEN to two trips to Nationals. Additionally, he is an eight time National Champion and two time World champion, all of which he achieved with the club team, DOG. 

However, his largest contribution to the program has been his twenty plus years of coaching. Coach Jeff Brown, better known in the program as 'Coach Dick,' has been coaching the EMEN since 1995. Since then, he has been an instructor, mentor, and friend to the hundreds of E-Men that have passed through the program, and remains the cornerstone of the EMEN program to this day. He is also currently the only E-Man to have his number retired.
